Police are holding in custody a man suspected to have killed afrobeats singer Mowzey Radio who was buried over the weekend at Kagga in Nakawuka.
The suspect, Wamala Godfrey, was found at a friend’s home in Kyengera where he had been hiding, according to information posted by Uganda police on Twitter.
Radio, real name Moses Ssekibogo, succumbed to head injuries in at Case Hospital last week

Mowzey’s producer Washington appeared on TV today to give an ordeal of what led to the singer’s untimely death.
Washington said the picture circulating online is indeed of the person who killed Radio
“Mowzey Radio didn’t fight at all. This man Troy grabbed him and threw him down. The picture circulating is of the person who killed Radio. I can’t forget the face of the man who killed my brother,” Washington said
